As the voice behind their UAE social content, my job is to ensure all digital communications are on brand, to create topical content and conversation with a local flavour when possible, and to align with the HQ based in South Africa to keep improving social engagement. The challenge – to maintain the Nando’s tone while adapting to the Middle East market’s sensibilities.
